Features of Our Service
Consistent Listings of For Sale by Owner property: The first aspect of our service provides Internet space (no specific limits to words in relation to pricing, always free updates) with detailed information and pictures of your property. Our web site provides buyers with a free and convenient collection of For Sale by Owner properties - 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! Additionally, anytime during the 3 month continuous listing (no need to worry about renewal every week), you can quickly update your property's information (e.g. upcoming open houses, different pictures, pending offers, etc.) via the Seller Login. For photos, we can either 1) scan regular print photographs or 2) accept digital photo via email/disk.
Professional Sign: Many people believe their yard signs are adequate. However, from our experience as house hunters, we found that many yard signs 1) were placed too close to the ground, 2) could only be read when you looked directly at the front of the house and 3) had hard to see, small phone numbers. Therefore, we have invested in attractive professionally-made yard signs which include your phone number, our web site address and the words "For Sale By Owner." We believe that these signs provide the uniformity and visibility that is sorely lacking in the For Sale by Owner market. We either mail a sign to you or also install and remove the rented signs - depending on your zip code location. For those outside of our driving range, we have a professionally made 18 x 24 inch mailable sign which can be mailed, metal stand, vinyl, weather-proof digits & pennant flags are included.
